Bandai announced on October 23 that the One Piece Card Game's 4th Anniversary Event will run in local stores from November 20 to December 17, 2026, timed to the OP-18 The Dominance of God release. Every player gets a P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy promo, and sign-ups open November 6.
The same update that announced the One Piece 4th Anniversary Event added two products that collectors will care about: the Double Pack Set Vol.13 (DP-13) and Official Card Sleeves 17.

The 4th Anniversary Event promos
For collectors, the event is really about two versions of one card. The regular P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy goes to everyone who plays, so it will be the more common of the two. The silver foil, gold-stamped P-161 goes only to store winners, plus one extra copy per store as a lucky prize, which makes it the scarcer of the two.
Bandai also lists a 4th Anniversary Leader Card and a 4th Anniversary Tournament Pack drawn from 75 card types. It hasn't said which character the Leader card shows or how many packs each player gets, so check with your store before the event.
Two products announced the same day
- Double Pack Set Vol.13 (DP-13): two OP-18 booster packs and one DON!! card (one of two new designs), in packaging that doubles as a card case. It releases November 20, 2026, at $11.99 MSRP (Bandai, DP-13).
- Official Card Sleeves 17: four designs, Saint Gunko, Loki, the Straw Hat Crew and Baroque Works, with 70 sleeves per set. They release December 18, 2026, at $10.00 MSRP each (Bandai, Sleeves 17). If you're unsure which size you need, our card sleeve sizes guide covers One Piece.
What it means for collectors
If you only want the participation promo, any store running the event will do, and sign-ups don't open until November 6. The winner version is a different story: it's earned at the table, so most collectors will end up buying it as a single rather than winning one.
