Collector Dream is operated by Afforai Inc. (“we”, “us”). Its registered address ([REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]) and the governing jurisdiction ([GOVERNING JURISDICTION]) are not yet finalised. Every bracketed value on this page is an unresolved placeholder, not a statement of fact — these terms are not a binding agreement until those values are filled in and this notice is removed.

By accessing the Collector Dream website or submitting your email address to the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join the waitlist.

You must be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country of residence. If you are not, do not submit an email address.

Right now, the service is a marketing website and an early-access waitlist. It is not a live product. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not reserve anything, and does not entitle you to access at any particular time or at all.

Descriptions of planned functionality — set and print tracking, artist and release-year data, aggregated raw and graded pricing — describe what we intend to build. They are statements of intent, not promises, and they may change.

You are responsible for the email address you submit. Submit only an address you control. Do not submit anyone else’s address, and do not submit an address you do not have permission to use.

You may ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will delete the record.

Do not use the site to:

• submit automated, bulk, fake or scripted waitlist entries, or otherwise flood the signup endpoint;
• probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the site or its administrative areas;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content beyond ordinary browsing;
• interfere with the availability of the site for anyone else, or attempt to bypass any rate limiting or access control;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access, remove waitlist entries, or refuse early access if we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

The Collector Dream name, site design, copy, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy the site or present it as your own.

Card names, set names, character names, artwork and trade marks belonging to trading-card publishers are the property of their respective owners. Collector Dream is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card publisher.

Any market pricing the product later displays will be aggregated from third-party sources and is provided for information only. It is an estimate, not an appraisal, not an offer, and not financial or investment advice. Values in collectible markets move and can be wrong. Verify independently before you buy, sell, or insure anything.

The site relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, data storage, and web fonts. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including the waitlist itself — at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the governing jurisdiction is unresolved ([GOVERNING JURISDICTION]), the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are those of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms as the product moves from waitlist to launch. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be sent to the email address on file.
