What we hold today
Collector Dream is pre-launch. The only personal data the site stores is a waitlist entry: the email address you submit, the game you selected if you picked one, the date you submitted it, a fixed label recording that the entry came from this website, and your browser user-agent string, truncated, kept to detect automated or abusive signups. There are no accounts, no passwords and no payment data. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
Cloud Infrastructure
We use industry-leading cloud providers to host our data and serve website content, all of which hold comprehensive security compliance and certifications. The waitlist database is MongoDB.
Our data center region is located within the US, and our data processors are SOC 2 Type II compliant.

System Security
All sensitive data transmitted between our servers and your browser is encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption. This ensures that your data remains secure and confidential during transmission. In addition, all sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
Payments
We do not take payments. Collector Dream is not selling anything yet, so no card details, billing addresses or payment tokens are collected or stored by us or on our behalf. When paid plans launch, processing will be handled by a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor and this page will be updated before that happens.
Automated processing
We do not run your waitlist email address through any large language model, and we do not use it as training data for any model — ours or a third party’s. It is stored to contact you about early access and for nothing else.
If that ever changes, we will say so on this page and in the Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.
Access to your data
Access to the waitlist database is restricted to the people who need it to operate the waitlist, over authenticated connections. The admin dashboard is behind authentication and is not publicly reachable.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email [email protected]. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not publicly disclose it until we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
